What are your COVID-19 policies?

Our office adheres to the Center for Disease Control’s recommendations. At this time, we require all staff and patients to wear a mask indoors. We are also taking extra precautions regarding disinfecting our office and equipment.  https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/community/workplaces-businesses/index.html

Can I access your office without stairs?

Absolutely! While our office is located on the second floor, elevator access is easily and conveniently available on the first floor in the building’s entrance.

How long will my appointment take?

If you are a new patient, your appointment will take about an hour. If you are returning for a follow up visit, your appointment will take about 20 minutes.

What should I wear to my appointment?

Dr. Moss recommends that you wear athletic wear (this includes sports bras), as it is important for us to be able to exercise your full range of motion and access specific muscle groups on the body.

What health insurance do you accept?

In the world of health insurance, doctors have to adjust their treatment plan based on what the insurance company will cover and not what is necessarily the best choice for the patient’s recovery. Here at Strength Within Chiropractic, Dr. Moss believes the patient should be treated based on their condition, not only on what insurance allows. Because of this we are not in network with most insurance companies- however, if you have out of network benefits through your insurance plan, after you have paid for your visit in our office we can submit your bill to your insurance company. Should anything change regarding our integration with health insurance, we will update this section as needed. Dr. Moss believes that rehabilitative care should be affordable and tailored to the patient, so our cash prices include every service you will receive during your treatment.

Since you don’t take my health insurance, can I use my HSA or FSA card?

Absolutely. Your HSA or FSA card are meant to be used for anything medical related- that’s us!

Can I still be seen in your office if I don’t have any out of network benefits through my insurance company?

Of course! There are no insurance related requirements to receive any treatment in our office. We have tailored our prices to reflect the fact that every patient needs all-inclusive care that insurance companies generally do not cover.
